Ingredients
π« Protein brownie
1 tbsp coconut flour (10 g) 1 tbsp cocoa powder (7 g) 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder (15 g, Vegan Blend) 1 tbsp erythritol (10 g) 2 tsp rapeseed oil (10 ml) a pinch of salt 5-6 tbsp water
π Toppings
a piece of dark chocolate a few frozen raspberries
Preparation
Mix everything (except the toppings) in a mug or ramekin with a spoon until you get a smooth batter.
The amount of water depends on how moist you want your brownie to be.
(And if you want it extra chocolatey β sink a piece of chocolate into the batter.)
Microwave for 1 minute.
Highly recommended with frozen raspberries!
