
A simple, filling fried rice with an eggālike flavor from black salt š

Ingredients
200 g brown rice 1 tbsp rapeseed oil (15 ml) 1 red onion (110 g) 2 garlic cloves (10 g) 2 tbsp inactive yeast flakes (10 g) 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp black salt (kala namak) 2 tbsp soy sauce (30 ml) 25 g radish sprouts
Preparation
Cook the rice in lightly salted water (brown rice takes a bit longer).
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. SautĆ© until golden. Add the cooked rice, nutritional yeast, turmeric, black salt, and soy sauce. (Why black salt? Because it has an eggy flavor š)
Mix everything and fry for a moment. Serve on plates and top with sprouts.
