
Chilli sin carne

Ingredients
half a package of soy mince (~70 g) boiling water 1 tbsp oil 1 red onion 2 garlic cloves 2 tomatoes ยฝ red bell pepper some water 1 can red kidney beans 1 can corn chilli sin/con carne spice mix (ground chili, garlic powder, ground coriander, salt, onion powder, ground cumin, sweet paprika, cinnamon, thyme) lamb's lettuce
Preparation
Pour boiling water over the soy mince to soften and expand it.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sautรฉ until golden. Add the diced tomatoes and bell pepper. Splash in a little water and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, add the soy mince, kidney beans, drained corn, and the spice mix. Stir well, bring to a boil, and itโs ready.
Before serving, garnish with lambโs lettuce (a delicious fresh green touch ๐).
You can enjoy it on its own, with bread, or with rice.
