
A lightning-fast meal made on the fly β‘

Ingredients
π Pasta
your favorite pasta (I used whole grain β βΕazankiβ noodles would be perfect π)
π₯¬ The Stir-fry
1 tbsp oil Β½ onion salt Β½ head young cabbage a bit of water 1 block firm tofu spices (I used hot paprika, turmeric, salt, and... something brown π)
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add diced onion and a pinch of salt.
- Toss in the shredded cabbage, add a splash of water, and cover to let it soften.
- Dice the tofu finely, coat it with the spices, and add it to the cabbage.
- Give it a stir β and thatβs it! π
It might not win a beauty contest, but itβs seriously tasty π
