Chocolate Chia Pudding

🔹 Serves 2
🔹 Prep time: 10 min + chilling


🍫 Pudding

1 cup milk (250 ml) – any kind you like, or another liquid
1 bar dark chocolate (100 g)
4 tablespoons chia seeds

Pour the milk into a small pot and heat gently.
Add the broken chocolate and chia seeds.
Stir and cook until the chocolate melts completely.
Pour into serving dishes. Once cooled, chill in the fridge.


🍒 Toppings

a few walnuts
a few cherries from your cellar preserves
or simply enjoy it plain 😉


Quick, simple, and chocolatey – just the way I like it! 🍫
It also turns out to be a delicious spread for toast (or pancakes)!
